When Kamlendra, our Customer & Vendor Relations head, was contacted by one of our solar rooftop project owners on September 10th, he thought it could be a maintenance request call. Instead, it brought a lot of firsts for ZunRoof. Let me summarise the firsts in bullets below and follow it with some images to keep it a short and happy post 🙂
- First Solar Rooftop Project outside Delhi NCR region — in Haridwar
- First Project at a school within an Ashram — Divya Prem Sewa Mission
- First Project commissioned within 10 days — yes, you read it right. While it takes 60 days+ for all rooftop projects to get commissioned in our country for every solar company, we took this challenge upon as we fought against time to have it ready so that President of India could inaugurate it on 21st September. And we pulled it off — many congratulations to every member on Kamlendra’s team
- First Project to be inaugurated by Chief Minister of a State — due to too much rain, President’s plans got altered but we will have CM of Uttarakhand do this very soon
